We are looking for a Leasing Manager to support Nike’s retail expansion by coordinating with malls, landlords, and internal teams. This role focuses on documentation, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of leasing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with mall leasing teams, IPCs, and internal departments for store openings and renewals.
• Track available spaces, store handover timelines, and leasing pipelines.
• Manage documentation including lease drafts, floor plans, and approvals.
• Support Projects, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams during pre-opening and fit-out stages.
• Maintain lease databases and prepare weekly MIS/reports.
