Store Operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and analyse sales reports, and other performance indicators.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop sales strategies and set sales targets for the employees Monitor and analyze sales figures, identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure effective merchandising and visual presentation of products to attract customers
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, Team Management Recruit, train, and supervise store employees.
- Ensure the legal and financial integrity of the store
- Schedule staff so as to properly serve customers, drive sales and execute tasks
- Ensure proper in-store Brand execution according to established standards and directives
- Ensure all store team members are trained on Foundational and Seasonal Brand and product knowledge
- Ensure all established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards are consistently executed and maintained in the store
